This locum tenens opportunity is for an OB/GYN at a level III NICU located in Thousand Oaks, California, and surrounding areas.

The position requires immediate, ongoing coverage with 24-hour in-house shifts and hospitalist support for GYN and circumcisions.

First assist is optional but available if needed.

The facility handles approximately 141 deliveries per month, with hospitalists managing around 13.

Additional services include maternal-fetal medicine on-call, in-house anesthesia from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and a planned residency program.

The support team includes anesthesia, maternal-fetal medicine, midwives, and backup for hospitalists.

Clinicians will participate in a busy environment with an average of 93 non-delivery patient encounters and 113 procedures monthly.
