Seeking a qualified PICU RN for a 26-week travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona, 85016, and surrounding areas.
Pay Range: $2,389 to $2,541 per week. Provide advanced specialized care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in a high-acuity pediatric ICU setting. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer complex treatments, and operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and monitors. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Monitor patient vital signs, interpret clinical data, and respond rapidly to emergencies. Educate patients and families, document assessments, and adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Required qualifications include at least one year of recent PICU RN experience, valid RN license, BLS, PALS or ENPC certification; ACLS and CCRN preferred. Must have strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and physical endurance.
